All fine, but bathroom issues

The location is a huge plus, just a stone's throw from Shin-Okubo station, making it super easy to explore. We loved the spacious triple room with tatami flooring that gave us ample space for our luggage. The mini restaurant next door is perfect for grab-and-go meals or a drink in a nice atmosphere.

This place suits me perfectly, offering 24-hour reception, air conditioning, and non-smoking rooms. The staff helped me find a place to exchange money on my first stay, leaving a positive impression.

I had a great stay for 10 nights. The location was convenient, only a short walk to two subway stations. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Lots of dining options nearby make it easy to find meals. 😊

I recently stayed here for 10 nights in a Double Room and enjoyed my experience. The location is amazing, just a short walk to Okubo station and surrounded by great food options. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Kim, who went above and beyond to assist us. While the restroom was outdated and the walls were thin, the overall value and comfort made up for it.

The location is awesome, super close to two JR stations. My room was a double, with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a fridge. It had clean towels, toiletries, and even a hairdryer. The staff were really nice, always ready to help. You can chill at the cafe next door for coffee or snacks.
